Jangly, worldly guitar, chanty vocals, and all 'tribal' sampled drum patterns makes up the bedroom-recorded discordant pop sounds of Florida-based musician Gabriel Berrios aka Tree Hopping. Formally part of the now-defunct Totally Nebular, Gabriel has put out a steady stream of impressive releases for a good few months, the latest being Tree Hopping Dance Band, via bandcamp, which sees Gabriel successfully edging further into electronic sounds.
